Deutsche Bank in India has been named a ‘Top Employer 2025’ by the Top Employers Institute, recognising the bank’s dedication to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for employees.
The certification process involved a comprehensive assessment of the bank’s people practices, including talent acquisition, development, well-being, diversity, and inclusion.
The institute scored Deutsche Bank 90.44 percent against a benchmark of 85.18 percent, demonstrating the bank’s achievements in these crucial areas.
